- Make customers feel welcome
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Scheduling appointments
- Confirming, checking in, and checking out patients
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge of our eye wear and optical lenses
- Take and record measurements with accuracy, fit and adjust eye wear
- Provide style consulting and assist customers in choosing the very best eye wear for their needs
- Inspecting finished eye wear in ensuring they meet optical standards and customer requirements
- Dispensing eyewear and contacts
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in an eye care setting or medical office is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
- Salary based upon experience.
