1. Enter your patient information and choose your appointment Date and Time.​
2. Go to the patient intake form page and complete the forms so we have everything ready for your appointment.

For 2024 we have reworked our eye exam and contact lens fitting prices to be the best in the area! Whether you have insurance or not you can be confident that you'll find the best quality at the best price. 

We are currently in network with most health insurance and vision plans in the area and will be able to confirm upon scheduling.

We will be open on select Mondays to keep up with demand including April 15th and July 1st​
